40cm Minimo 15" Charcoal BBQ Grills, Red Pack - Kamado Bono
Perfect for smaller groups (up to 5), this compact model is ideal for picnics or smaller terraces. The Charcoal BBQ Grills set includes a ceramic grill with a stand and handles, an innovative fibreglass gasket seal, a thick heat deflector, an ash removal tool, a protective grill cover, a cookbook, and a stainless steel grill grate gripper. With this set, you can grill directly (kebabs, steaks, burgers), indirectly (chicken, ham, chops), smoke (ribs, cheese, pulled pork), and prepare soups, pilaf, and stews.
Kamado Bono Minimo Parts
KAMADO Bono Minimo Charcoal BBQ Grills has a ceramic frame, inside there is a firebox ¬¬¬– a ceramic tank for charcoal. The bottom part of the structure has an air vent, through which the airflow enters the firebox. The domed lid of the grill has another adjustable air vent, through which the airflow goes out. The vents are used to regulate the cooking temperature. Barbecue grids are placed over the fire to place the steaks on them. As well, the lid has an opening for placing the thermometer to measure the temperature of grilled food.
