First time ordered from this Company and I can honestly recommend them. Everything stated in the description is exactly right and product is easy to use, easy to clean and boils quickly. It’s not too loud and easy to fill up with a pull off lid. The water spout is large so you could refi that way. This is replacing a very expensive Kettle which didn’t even last 3 years. If you want value for money your search is over would recommend 100%.

I have tried and tested many kettles over the past couple of years, living in a hard water area we have a bad problem with limescale, we double filter the cold water before putting it in the kettle as straight from the tap is a no no !! This kettle is the nut’s, easy to clean inside and out, great handle which seems slightly wider than normal for easy grip, just fantastic i love it

It boils very quickly, is easy to clean and looks both elegant and classy. I love the handle and it’s so much lighter than the glass kettle I used to have. I agree with other reviewers who have noticed that the water level is not ideally placed, but really, it’s not a problem.
