Russell Hobbs 23990 Ultra Steam Pro Iron, 0.320 Litre, 2600 WThe iron.This is a basic manual steam iron.Features.Manual temperature control, constant steam or steam spray and vertical steam spray for freshening up curtains etc. It has anti calk technology to stop the iron building up residues from tap water.Build.It is solidly built and has a nice long cord (3m). This should last a very long time.In use.I only use it to iron my work shirts and this job it does perfectly well. It has a nice footplate which glides easily and it maintains temperature well. The steam output is constant or you can press a button for a burst of steam if needed.Overall.It’s hard to get excited about an iron but this one is well made and priced well. It is also easy to use and does a very good job. It works well on shirts and will outlast me – a quality product.

A great iron, reasonably priced, from a reliable company. I like that the box isn’t overly sized, as is so often the case these days. It comes well packaged, and inside is everything you need – the iron itself, instructions and a water cup. The iron has a nice long power cable – something that is always important to me. The design and colourway of the iron is very attractive. It’s reassuringly weighty, but not overly cumbersome in weight.It heats up quickly and efficiently, irons beautifully and the steam features are very effective. The instruction booklet is comprehensive and has everything you need.All in all, I think this is well worthy of five stars, considering the price.

I am really impressed with this iron!!!it has a 9ft cord which is double the length of my previous one so I am position the ironing board where I want it instead of having to stand next to the socket.It irons really well and gives a constant and even steam…..irons everything really well including white cotton shirts, bedding and cheesecloth.it looks super stylish and has all the features you could wish for from an iron!happy to recommend – you wont be disappointed!

Stylish and very good looking this relatively small iron is designed to be versatile enough to iron without a traditional ironing board.Care must ,clearly, be exercised when using but generally this is a useful and well designed item. It can also be used with a board but the more unusual applications are what are most impressive about this steam iron.
